Convergence

We’re in the midst of an exciting time in the evolution of workforce and economic development. The two systems, formerly independent of each other, are coming into closer alignment with each other. Like any evolving system, there is a lot to learn about where we will be going. I’m fortunate to serve in a position that allows me to witness the development of this new operating model first-hand, and I hope to share what I’ve learned with you.

This site is intended to compile my ever-evolving knowledge base of workforce, economic development, Chamber of Commerce and non-profit governance information. Expect some technology info sprinkled in as well.

Posts can be sporadic, depending on workload and quantity of worthwhile material to post. Check back often, though…I’ve had a couple stretches where I’ve put upward of five posts on in a day!
