New model for job searching May 8, 2006

As society tries to make it easier to link people with jobs, we're experimenting with different models.

Stowe Boyd is really on top of it today; here's his post on the newest format…quick-access, topic-driven job searching.

Taken to its fullest potential, this is ground-breaking stuff. I agree with his points about the need to keep the social networking component, but this is an awesome display of Web 2.0 technology in job searching.
